Why QSTECH Nichia LED display and NOC system

The TCO of a LED billboard is definitely not only the cost on purchasing a LED billboard. The maintenance and power cost may be more than the purchasing.
NOC system will help the owner to monitor the display and get the diagnostic data, which could save a lot of money. Let’s say it will need 2 engineers to check one display, and could finish 2 displays checking on site in one day. Every display needs to be check one time per week, so 10 sites could be finished by 2 engineers in one week. If the owner has to pay 5000USD for one engineer, and other cost will take 40USD one engineer per day. 
So 10 sites: 5000x2x12+40*2*365=41,200USD; and 5 years: 206,000USD.
Power cost is a constantly cost from the first second when the display is switched on. We always have lots of choices on display LEDs. Here is a power cost on a 59.9m2 QSTECH made NICHIA LED display. Brightness 6000cd/m2, working 18 hours per day.

According to the customer, this display saves 4000 to 5000 USD on power for them.
By calculation we will know the average power consumption is 110w/m2
The total power cost is: 59.9x0.11x18x365=43289.73kw
Normally the power consumption of China made LEDs is about 200w/m2
The total power cost is: 59.9x0.2x18x365=78708.6kw
Let’s say the power cost is 0.12USD per kwh,
The cost saving by NICHIA is (78708.6-43289.73)x0.12=4250.26USD
If it is a 100m2 display, it will save 7083.78USD per year, and 35418.87 in 5 years.
The owner can buy himself a new BMW by this saved money.
